Join the Conversation on Animal-Free Innovation
YTPI Conference 2025 – Connecting the Dots
October 23–24, 2025 | Trippenhuis, Amsterdam
How can we accelerate the transition to animal-free science and innovation?
This October, the Young TPI invites researchers, educators, policymakers, and innovators to a two-day conference exploring the many facets of the animal-free transition — from cutting-edge technologies to policy, education, and social change.
The event features:
- Keynotes from thought leaders in science, policy, and education
- Interactive workshops on skills and strategy
- A poster session showcasing new ideas and research
- A chance to connect with others working on similar challenges
The conference is especially welcoming early-career professionals, but open to all.
Abstract submission and registration are now open. For more information visit: https://youngtpi.com/events/15.
Let’s connect the dots — and build the future of science together.

Webinars Fluigent
Following the development of an application note developed in collaboration with the Leiden Organ-on-Chip Center, Fluigent will host a webinar on the topic of flow in Organ-on-Chip models and vascular in vitro modeling. Application note authors Dr. Valeria Orlova and Dr. Dhanesh Kasi from the LUMC will share their insights into vessel-on-chip modelling under dynamic flow conditions, with a […]

Application Note Fluigent
Flow conditions and a stable well-defined flow direction are important to culture in vivo-like endothelial cells over time that maintain their organization and function. With help of Dhanesh Khasi, Hanna Lammertse and Valeria Orlova, an application note was put together by Fluigent describing the proper conditions for hiPSCs-derived vascular organ-on-chip model under unidirectional controlled flow: https://www.fluigent.com/resources-support/expertise/application-notes/hipscs-derived-vascular-organ-on-chip
